24JAN16: The receiver section is finished. The TX section is mostly completed.

  However, there's some work remaining:

  Optimize gain distribution for the cleanest possible TX signal at 100 watts
  ALC loop response compensation
  Upgrade analog VFO to DDS synthesizer
  Possibly add a noise blanker. Since QRN is not a problem on 20m at this QTH, this feature drops to the bottom of the listt!  
  Dealing with any possible new issues.  New issues? This never happens Right?
  Final packaging design and implementation
  Format and publish documentation
