I belong to the JARL Kyoto Club (JA3YAQ). We operate JA3YAQ/3
when Kyotanabe City was established on April 1. 1997.

This is the QSL card which issued for another JCC service.
It was Oct. 1. 2001 when we had a new city named
"Ritto" in Shiga Prefecture
