ISP uses these ten frequencies statewide. With the exception of the Valley All Call and Car to Car frequencies which are constant throughout the state, the other eight are used on a different repeaters throughout the state. Because each one is used on a different repeater, the channel number associated with a particular frequency will vary for each one of the districts. For example, Dist. 2 HQ is on 460.3000 (ISP Dist. 2 Ch. 3), but that frequency could be used on a different channel in each of the other districts. If you plug in all ten frequencies in your scanner, you'll be set statewide. Note: 460.1250 is not used around Lewiston because Lewiston Police is the primary user of that frequency.
