| My shack is in
our
garage currently. My wife agreed that I could make my own space
there
so long as there was no impact on
anything already
stored there. After getting 'approval', I immediately began
drawing
basic plans and buying materials for the desk. I was finished in
one
day and have a relatively nice operating position with plenty of
workspace.

I already have
plans
to construct another desk using my experience with this first as a
guide.
I've learned that a curved design should prove to be even more
functional
and I've found that I could use more shelf space and perhaps some
drawers
for storage as well. I'll be going for
more
of an operating 'console' effect. |
