What can Linux do for Hams?
Xlog is a free logging program for Linux. It allows you to keep your station log in a convenient fashion, with all the fields you would expect in a regular “dead-tree” station log.
Xlog is able to do DXCC lookups and will display country information, CQ and ITU zone, location in latitude and longitude and distance and heading in kilometers or miles, both for short and long path.
When you have latex installed (an advanced text processor), you can print your log on paper.
