We request that all overseas contingents arrive on Saturday 25 July 1998, prior to 1:00 PM (PDT). Please specify if you have other plans! A brief itinerary of your complete tour would assist our planning. We plan to meet each contingent at its arrival point, and provide all ground transportation to Santa Clara University. We will confirm ground transportation arrangements no later than 01 July 1998.

Please advise if you are planning an independent tour either before or after Camp.

The Home Hospitality family, or Rendezvous '98 Committee, will provide transportation to your departure point. These arrangements will be confirmed during encampment.
