This 28.636 MHz clock oscillator module,
with Lithium battery fits on the knob of
a J-38 Hand Key.

Have never had a QSO with one of these, but it's certainly possible. By the time the power makes it past the coupling cap, it's just a few (3 or 4) milliwatts!
