NOMINATIONS
(Nomination period closes on March 15th.)
From the RVRN ByLaws:
9) Eligibility for office:
a) Only Full-Members who have reached the age of 18, or will have done so by the time they take office,
are eligible for any elected office or board position.
b) The candidate must currently hold a valid Amateur Radio license with no outstanding FCC notices of
violation or sanctions.
c) The candidate must meet one or more of the following requirements:
- Has actively served RVRN in an appointed or elected position.
- Has actively supported at least 1 in-person or virtual event.
- Has been a consistent participant in one of the RVRN nets during the past 12 months.
You can nominate a member, or self-nominate, by sending the member name and call to the Nomination and Election Committee >

- Eligible members members can also self-nominate.
- No person will be nominated without their consent.
- The Nomination and Election Committee will vet the eligibility of each nominee within a week of nomination submission.
- Once vetted a nominee has the option to provide a statement of their platform to the nomination and election committee.
