ARRL FORUM:
The ARRL Forum was well attended, and the Great Lakes Director, Jim Weaver, K8JE, and the Kentucky Section Manager, John Meyers, NB4K, addressed the audience on several subjects of current interest, including changes in the KY Nets, BPL, and the ARRL stance on CW Testing.
