The CWARC was formed in the spring of 2010. The club started as the brainchild of Wayne, KDØAAA to bring the ham scouters of the Northern Lights Council together to promote amateur radio within the scouting program. Through the club, we have been able to obtain radio equipment for camp, such as a repeater, HF station and antennas. This equipment will be for current operators to use, as well as to promote the hobby to non-hams.
