RBZ HF AM receiver
This
radio was a May 2012 Ebay find. I was ecstatic- I got the bag and the battery
box. I have seen some totally complete sell on Ebay for $500… And while this
example has some flaws, I got it for much, much less. Like everything I ever
buy, this one arrived not working. More on this one as I find the time to work
on it. I am hoping to get it working, then buy a skullcap for it. I have
already bought two headsets from Fair Radio.
This
receiver was used by the Navy to direct teams ashore. These units operated from
2-5.8MHz. This receiver was also modified to operate on 6-13MHz and supplied to
resistance forces in

power cable end has been cut off and is bare wires. I will need to improvise a
plug to use the battery box. Otherwise, this example is in good shape.
