Mizuho MX-27RS
Purchased from Japan. This one, is the only one I’ve ever even heard of being for sale. The only other one I’ve seen was a photo. This one is incomplete and partially functional. The bottom plate is missing and the “CAL” function doesn’t appear to work. It’s missing a transistor inside that seems to be involved in that. It could also use a cleaning. It receives and transmits.
Here’s what little I know about it
Runs on one 9v battery
Two channels- Japanese CB channels 3 and 8.
The receiver is VXO tuned. That’s where CAL comes in- I think.
