Open Notepad to a new page.
Type in your HTML as follows:
body text
give file a name such a " html creation" with the extension " .html"
cursor to rhs and click on "all"
click on "save"
open File Explorer by clicking on START
the file "html creation" will show up in File Explorer and say "body text" . QED
