QSL policy by JH4RHF (last update 2011/7/1)
Here is my basic QSL policy.
QSL handled by myself is always available. No log closing date.
QSL request by SAE (self addressed envelop) + enough postage will be always replied by mail directly.
Now (as of July 2011) postage to Europe is 0.70Euro (min) and 1.70 Euro for out of Europe. Exchange rate of USD/EUR is 0.68
Thus, "enough postage" at this moment (July 2011 in Austria) means;
one valid IRC or more than one US dollar, or one Euro : to European country
valid one IRC or three US dollars :rest of the world
So, I strongly recommend you to include one IRC instead of US dollars
QSL request via bureau will be replied IF the QSL bureau service I have been using may transact my DX trip QSLs without additional cost. At this moment (Nov 14, 2006, OeVSV QSL bureau) Yes !!!
QSL request by SAE + insufficient postage will be proceeded as QSL via bureau. At this moment (Nov 14 2006 in OE), it will be replied via bureau.
QSL request by e-mail will be replied as well as QSL via bureau. At this moment (Nov 14 2006 in OE), it is working and will be replied via bureau.
The address for QSL by postal mail is available at QRZ.com. I will update the database as soon as possible.
Any question can be sent by e-mail to jh4rhf (a) arrl.net. I will maintain this e-mail address as long as possible.
