QP-7 is the one of simple transmitter. You can change it's frequency
to neighboring band with slight modifications.
One example is the 4630KHz emergency distress frequency.
Prepare the transmitter, you will feel responsible of
operator in emergency communication.
How to modify:
* prepare 4630KHz fundamental crystal
* change capacitors C5 and C9 to 220pF.
* add 180pF parallel to C14.
* re-wind the coil L3 and L4 to 22-turn.
That's all you need.
Align your QP-4630 with a dummy load.
