Ham fair 97 22th - 24th Aug . at Big site in Tokyo.

This is the biggest amateur radio fair in Japan. A lot of ham joined this festival. I found some foreigner Hams in Big site. Did you come to Tokyo?

The most fun of Ham fair is Eyeball QSO.

This is first Ham fair after started "JE2CDC's QRP Site". I enjoyed eyeball QSO with QRPers. These pictures are parts of hams Eyeball QSO with me.

Goods I bought in Ham fair.

1: TOUCH TWIN PADDLE KEY AND KEYER KIT
It is touch key kit of KENT. Last year I couldn't buy this one, because of sold out.
So when I arrived Big site, I bought it immediately. Price was5,000yen.

QRP Items I found in the fair.

1: Heath Kit HW-7
The famous Heath Kit HW-7. I wanted to buy. But I didn't have enough money to buy it (28,000yen).Hi
In the future I want to get Heath kit's transceiver.

2: Shure mini key.
I felt German craftsman-ship from this key. Very nice key.... But I didn't have enough money to buy this one. 24,000yen is expensive for me.

3: Old BCL radio with CB transceiver. Sanyo Receiver. 5,000yen < Sorry No Picture... >
This radio is very interesting. We can enjoy both BCL and CB with it.

4: 50MHz AM transceiver. (Base rig is CB that Export model)
We can get CB transceiver only 1k yen in Akihabara. It is useful to make 50MHz AM transceiver.
