qualified licensees the rights described below and no others.
QSL Maker is provided free of charge for noncommercial use by
qualified radio amateurs and those aspiring to become radio
amateurs. Qualified individuals may make customary, non-commercial
use of the program on any number of computers at no charge. The
output from the program is not copyrighted in any way. You may
distribute copies of the program to other qualified individuals
providing the program is provided complete and unmodified.
QSL Maker is provided as is without warranty of any kind. If your
jurisdiction does not allow such a warranty restriction, you do
not fall under the intent of the term qualified in
the previous paragraph and you do not have permission to use,
copy or distribute the program.
Source code for the QSL Maker program is available under terms
similar to the gnu copyleft agreement to those amateurs
interested in extending the program or simply learning how it
works.
