This page is under development, also because I am new of Internet tools.
I am 36 and I am
licencesed since 1991; 95% of my QSOs are CW on HF bands and I prefere
to use this communication way to get the most DX results from my poor equipment
(today I have an old FT-747 running no more than 70 W and a vertical antenna).
I am satisfied of CW: I got 191 cfm. countries on DXCC, with a very low
QSO number (less than 5,000) due to very short time spent on radio.
My radio station
is located in Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy (call area 5) but I live since 1994
in Milan metropolitan area (call area 2); I never changed my licence qth
due to logistic contraints at home, but I will probably solve them on 1999
and therefore I will switch to IK2RLS in some months. However,if
you need a qso (and qsl!) from Grosseto province for your WAIP award (that
is quite rare on CW), don't be afraid: I will be able to provide it also
after my move.
In the past years
I have also been active as IK5RLS/2 from Clusone, Bergamo province, in
Northern Italy.
