If you don't know what TRLog is, visit http://www.qth.com/tr
This package contains the following files:

README.TXT - You are reading it
UBA.CFG - UBA Contest specific TRLog configuration file
with NO messages and operating preferences
                Put YOUR call in it!
UBA.5QX - Full UBA Contest configuration file for TRLog
as ES5QX likes it. Contains ES5QX call sign in
several places. Should be thoroughly edited if
you want to use it, and renamed/copied to UBA.CFG
                or LOGCFG.DAT
This is not a miscopied Mac file :-)
CTY.UBA - TRLog country file for UBA Contest. The above
configuration files do not work correctly if you
do not have this available to TRLog. Rename it to
CTY.DAT, but NOT IN THE MAIN TRLOG DIRECTORY!
You'll have big problems in the next big contest
                otherwise.
UBA.DOM - UBA Contest domestic QTH file for TRLog. Needed for the
                above configuration files to work.
INITIAL.EX - An initial exchange file containing some 200 Belgian
calls. Made by translating the three-letter sections
to two-letter provinces for Belgian calls found in
UBA 2000 result files. This may even be totally wrong!

These files should enable you to fully use TRLog in the Belgian UBA Contest.
* Make a directory (e. g. UBA_CW.01) under the TRlog directory or elsewhere.
* Copy the files to this directory.
* Rename CTY.UBA to CTY.DAT. (Edit the remaining mults at the end of CTY.DAT)
* Edit either UBA.CFG or UBA.5QX to contain YOUR call/habits/hardware
and have the edited file as LOGCFG.DAT or UBA.CFG in the UBA directory.
* Use for your pleasure at your own risk.
* You may report problems to ES5QX, juhan@chem.ut.ee

The country file has NE as continent for all countries outside the European
Union. To get Belgian prefixes to register as DX (country) multipliers 70
Belgian countRies are defined, one for every prefix. The Belgian countRies
are courtesy EI5DI (www.ei5di.com) - I copyedited them shamelessly from the
country file of his logging program SDU. Paul kindly agreed to make the
data available to all.

With this configuration TRLog hopefully
; Gives 10 points for Belgians with correct exchange info
; Gives 3 points for European Union contacts
; Gives 1 point for all others (except 1Y0 and some other never-heard-of)
; Marks Belgian provinces as mults, and shows you those you have/miss
; Marks European Union countries and Belgian prefixes as DX mults, and
; shows you those you have/miss (use Alt-G)
