My IC-706MkII
This IC-706MKII is my "global" back-up station for the fixed operations, and my portable station for DX-peditions. The old IC-706 was my good companion during the operations in /HI and in /IB0. I have procured a Kenwood power supply with the external voltage switch (117-220) in order to comply with most conditions around the world. During operations I have enjoyed the electronic keyer by the up-down buttons: very difficult to find a suitable position, but eventually it worked! As transceiver, it get a lot of intermod's, but I presume we can not pretend too much from such a small piece of HW...
