Here are iPhone images from the July 19, 2014 Mass Casualty Exercise organized by Waldo County EMA. The incident was held at the high school in Thorndike. Waldo County ARES/RACES staffed the EOC in Belfast, and the Comm Vehicle on scene and relayed information back and forth via the highly effective NBEMS/FLDIGI digital modes AND EasyPal.
