KB9FVJ  The  Larry Fawbush Memorial Award Presented by HCARES and CIARA Radio Club TO THE AMATEUR RADIO OPERATOR BEST EXEMPLIFYING LARRY‘S SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM AND CONCERN FOR HUMANITY     The Larry Fawbush Memorial award is presented each year in December to an amateur who exemplifies the spirit of helping fellow amateurs.
