The Mastwerks
removable guying rings (triangles) can be placed on the
Buddipole mast, but they can not spin freely because of
the wing nuts of the mast clamps.

Guying rings in conflict with wing nuts can not spin
freely
This problem can be
solved with a simple removable adapter: Two 3D-printed
half shells slide together and form a bearing for the
guying ring well above the wing nuts.

Obviously it works! W7ZT, Bill, printed a Spacer for KG0HG
Hello
Edi & Bill- Thanks very much for sending me one of
your "printed' guying ring adapters!! It works
great and provided the right amount of space to allow
the wing nuts to tighten and untighten in the field.
I've included a picture of my setup for a park
activation today.
Include it in Chris' BuddiPole catalog as an
option! :-)

Two Half Shells slide together and form the Spacer
The adapter is made to
fit to the top section of the Buddipole mast,
because I never attached the guys to a lower mast
section. I printed with PLA material, with support,
so some deburring work had to be done.
