Project FOX DELTA ST2 Antenna Rotator Interface

ST2-RS232 is an advanced Satellite Antenna Tracking Interface for Yaesu (Or similar) Rotor Controllers based on LVB Tracker Firmware. Project uses PIC16F976A, 28PIN DIP. Firmware uses full A/D and EEprom capability of 876A and make setup a smooth process.

For many years I used a light duty TV rotator to turn my 3 element VHF TV DX Yagi antenna. Unfortunately the controller makes an awful lot of acoustical noise. So I decided to build a new controller for HAM Radio. My goal was a new controller which the old one replaces, is totally quiet, more accurate and writes the position on a back-lite LCD display.
The original project can be found at http://www.foxdelta.com/products/st2-rs232-last.htm. I have done some hardware modifications:

- built in Az/El Rotor relays
- internal Power supply
