SDR CUBE PLUS HF/VHF/UHF SDR Transceiver

Nowadays the SDR transceivers have become more popular. However, they have been depending on PC to be used. For years I wanted to use a SDR transceiver, which can be used without a PC so I happend on SDR Cube project. The original project can be found at www.sdr-cube.com. The SDR Cube was a single band low power transceiver based on soft-rock transceiver kit and dsPic33FJ256A‚ microcontroller. HA9MCQ ,Pista OM improved this radio with a faster dsp (dsPic33EP512) and he done some software and hardware modifications as well. Please find more info here: http://www.qsl.net/ha9mcq/sdr.html. I would like to use this great radio more amateur bands this reason I have done hardware modification too. The ELECRAFT KX3 shematic gave me some new ideas how to improve my SDR radio design. First I replaced the old 74HC74 to a new 74LVC74 faster type (Fin max. 300MHz). This modify enable to work up to 52MHz. Be careful the 74LVC74 Vcc max is 3,6V !! .

In late February, 2018, inspired by the success of my earlier project, I built a second SDR transceiver. My dream was to make transceiver design for HF to UHF bands simple as possible. Of course all with very good specifications, high performance, low noise and small size, etc. In many cases needed more power than 5Watts therefore I found other amplifier for my SDR Cube Plus radio. PA designed by SP3OSJ Artur. I was considering possible use of this receiver as IF RX for internal transverter boards from 70MHz to 435Mhz. The radio uses latching relays to reduce current drain except when band switching or tuning.
