15-09-2016 I AM BACK.

Hello folks, it is I Andy, G7VOT, back updating my web page after 7 long years with out any updates.

I came back on the radio back in September 2014 when I got my self a nice Kenwood TS-870 from the great man Dennis, G3YVY and I have never looked back. It is safe to say that I have mainly listened but I have had a few nice contacts.

A lot has changed since my last update back in 2009 and I will catch up with the changes over the coming weeks.

So what made me get back into radio? Well truth is I always had a radio but in the September of 2014 I was taken seriously ill and started using the radio to aliviate the boredom of being stuck at home on the sick. My little Alinco DX70 just didn't cut it for me so I decided I wanted a good radio and went in search for a Kenwood TS-870 and that is when I found out Dennis had one for sale.

So I am back on the radio and back into the hobby. More updates coming soon.
