Due to the Foot & Mouth outbreak still being active it is unlikely we will activate any of the smaller islands which Farmers use for grazing. Obviously our hobby is not as important as somebody's livelyhood. We do expect to operate from those islands left on the list and for those who collect WAB's we will be happy to activate squares if possible, send me an email if there is one you need activated, and we will try to do so.

If we find an island on the IOSA list not used for stock, then we will try for permission. We will update each evening on 3.772 and hope that someone will pass on the info.

To make things easier will use the freqs... 3.772 .. 7.072 ..14.272 .. 15.272 ..28.472 and even try 6 M.

Time of operating from, 2000utc approx for 80M, 1800utc 40M, 0400utc for outside Europe (If I dont have a hangover !!), will also probably try at other times during the day, especially if we have bad wx. If you need one of the islands we have listed, email me, be happy to make a sched with you if possible.

I appreciate some folks will be disappointed but then so are we as far as radio goes, but we are looking to enjoy the islands and visiting friends.

If you are about on Monday 2nd July between 1100 and 1230 local time I will appreciate a contact whilst doing a talk and Demo station at North Roe School near the island of Uyea off the North west coast of Mainland.
