SSTV / FAX
SSTV is still being used on the ham radio bands and there are a few good software packages to chose from. A lot of the signals that you will receive will be Martin 1 or Scottie. There are new digital modes to be consider also.A good place to look for SSTV is on 14.230 mhz give or take a few khz - check this page out to see what SSTV sounds like

To control your transmitterr you will need an interface of some kind for
ptt / audio out from the computer to the tcvr microphone / audio into the computer sound card check my circuits page

RASPBERRY PI
The only SSTV program that I know of that runs on a Raspberry Pi is the one written by 0n4qz which is called QSSTV
It will install on a Raspberry Pi 3 and also a Raspberry Pi 4
