Lannemezan Station, Southern France

These were taken in the mid 1950s.

 

 

The transmitter at French chain slave station in Lannemezan (probably the green station).

The diesel generator wagon in Lannemezan.

The fuel tank is high up on the left and the spare drums of fuel are on the ground. A hand pump was used to fill the fuel tank.
