The station currently consists of a Yaesu FT1000MP transceiver and matching speaker console as the main rig on h.f. with an IC-706 (original model) used mainly for 2 and 6 metres. There is also an FT902DM kept for a rainy day along with the matching FC902 ATU, FTV901 Transverter and SP601 speaker. I also have a home-brew linear for 80-10 with a pair of 4-125's in grounded grid whick looks pretty tatty so is well out of sight The other VHF/UHF rig is a Kenwood TW4001A which can be used on packet with the PK-88 TNC. I am also QRV on PSK31 using the FT1000MP running about 20 watts with a Dell 650Mhz Laptop running Digiplan software Antennas at the moment are almost non existant due to a 3 year covenant by the house builders which has now expired.
