PARC SUBSCRIPTION RULES
1. Subscription year runs January 1 to 31 December
2. Subscriptions due on the seconed Tuesday in January
3. Members in arrears have no vote at AGM or EGM
4. Member deemed to have resigned if by 1 March there subscription has not been paid
5. No joining fee
6. Student membership - is the same as full membership
7. Full Membership - £15.00
8. Members are issued with receipt .
9. Part year fees not available except in exceptional circumstances (in the committees discretion) to members whose membership lapses because of non payment between January and March. They have to pay the full fee.
10. Guests may be invited by current members and may attend a maximum of three meetings (but not the AGM) and any special functions upon payment of appropriate fees as directed by the committee
11. The three meeting rule (9 above) shall not apply to a member of the national body (RSGB) or a member of a visiting club affiliated to the RSGB.
12. Prospective members are also invited to attend a maximum of three meetings (excluding the AGM) prior to applying for membership and any special functions upon payment of appropriate fees as directed by the committee.
