OLD BUSINESS

VE7CRJ    The MCX-100's are sold to the pep groups and we are
waiting for the checks.  More are available from
Forestry for members who want them.  83 portables have
also been purchased with accessories for re-sale.

VE7CRJ    VE7OG was to have been at the meeting to demonstrate
the portable repeater using portable radios but was
          unavoidably detained.

VE7CRJ    The phone net was begun tonight with VE7SKT
spearheading it.  It was a thundering failure.  Perhaps
because it is May?  We will try again in September.

VE7NEK    The audit was completed with only one recommendation.
That the invoices be annotated with a more complete
          description making tracking easier.  Everything
          balanced!

VE7CRJ    The subscription for CQ-VHF has been ordered for the
Kimberley Library.  Hopefully they won't go out of
business just because we ordered a subscription like
          the last magazine did.

VE7CRJ    The Jog & Bike meet this Sunday, May 16th needs a
          couple of more volunteers.

VE7CRJ    The Frequency coordination money was sent in but we
decided to keep Trevor VE7TMG here, this time.

VE7CRJ    The Kimberley Old Time Accordion Championship will need
volunteers to man the parking lots from 5:30 - 8:30.
          Stan VE7SKT will coordinate volunteers.

VE7CRJ    The building at CRJ's has not started yet.

VE7CRJ    Rockin' in the Rockies won't need us this year.
