SICK OR INJURED AMATEURS:
VE7ERV – Recovering from eye surgery. Ok now and getting out and about.
Jean Young passed away about 1 month ago. No service or announcement was made.
MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.
Moved VE7TED Seconded VE7KFR. Carried.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Signed and approved contract received from Shaw Cable for occupancy on their property at Harmer Ridge for next 3 years. No charge.
BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:
VE7CRJ Accordion Festival security went well and $500 received and deposited.
Picnic went well after short rain shower 13 people attended.
Field day pot luck and operating until about 8:00pm then folded up.
Baker mountain UHF repeater changed out to MSR 2000
Sparwood repeater changed out to an MSR 2000.
Link west problem was the MCX100 on Slocan ridge. Pins cleaned and ok now.
Creston Repeater suffered from the June storm. Repeater replaced with new unit but antenna still US. It will likely stay low power for the winter.

VE7CRJ - Kootenay Communications is putting a new building in Golden along #1 hwy. We will move our repeater and link from VE7DMO’s to this new building within a week or two.
