BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

VE7SKT - Two PEP training sessions have been held. Interested members can still participate.

Contact VE7SKT.

VE7LOC - Appreciation was extended to all those who helped with security at the annual

Children’s Festival event.

- The June Meeting is set for Tuesday May 8^th with members to bring either a salad or

a dessert. Burgers, hotdogs, coffee and pop will be provided

VE7NEK - Field Day plans have been finalized:

Set up Sat. am,

Potluck supper Sat. 5:00pm.

A Pancake breakfast Sun 9:00am.

All to be held June 26/27 at VE7CRJ’s location.

- VE7SKT volunteered to look after publicity for field day.
