Motion by Kathy VE7 KFR seconded by Parley VE7 BJ that the minutes of the previous meeting be adopted as read. Carried.

Old Business

Joe VE7 CRJ said that our bid on the repeaters from Edmonton was accepted and the cheque has been sent out.

Joe stated that there was a good turnout at the last bingo.

Correspondense:

There was a letter read from British Columbia Amateur Radio Frequency Coordinator, regarding forming a committee for frequency allocations. The first meeting would be on March 5th. and the cost would be $20.00 per club.

Letter from Antique Radios of Canada, regarding membership.

Letter from CNIB regarding donations.

Letter from E.K.C.C. regarding rentals of their facilities.

Letter from RAC regarding our order #EAS 101. Motion by Harold seconded by Wayne that the correspondence be adopted as read. Carried.

There was a discussion on the Newsletter. It was decided to get Custom Image to print the next one then re-evaluate what to do in the future.

There was a report on the Girl Guides Jamboree.

Fern VE7 GZ stated that there was going to be a Swap Meet on Mar. 25th. by Cranbrook Car Club and there are tables available.

Lloyd VE7 HH stated that E.K.C.C. has no way one can access their computer. George VE7 BGO asked if anyone could explain Internet.

Ken VE7 NEK stated that the Spring banquet will be on Apr. 29th. at the Kimbrook Inn in Kimberley. The price will be about $13.00 per person.
