CORRESPONDENCE:

- A request from the CNIB was received.

OLD BUSINESS:

- VE7ERG will coordinate with VE7NEK to arrange a time and place to complete the annual review of the EKARC financial records.

- VE7CWM volunteered his place for Field Day 2006.

- VE7CRJ: -circulated minutes of the Provincial Emergency Program.

o -10 Basic Study Guides were ordered and have arrived.

- VE7LOC – volunteered to offer a Basic Licensing course in the fall.

NEW BUSINESS:

VE7CRJ: - VE7TED and VE7CRJ cleaned up the repeater site on Baker mountain.

- The link to the west will be changed over to a relay from a duplexer.

- The Micor unit will be changed to a MSR 2000 unit at Inververe.

- The EKARC annual picnic will be held August 20^th at the Wycliffe Park
