This meeting was held at Baynes Lake and chaired by Vice President Ken VE7 NEK.

The minutes of the last meeting were read.
Motion by VE7 CRJ seconded by VE7 BJ that the minutes be adopted as read.
Carried.

The yearly audit has now been done and a report sent in to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs.

There was a letter of thanks from the Kootenay Childrens Festival read out.

Field Day is okay to go. 

Joe VE7 CRJ made a report on the Diabetic Bike and Jog races; also on the work being done up Mt. Baker. 

New Business

The Scouts of Kimberley are going to have a camp-out on July 18 - 22. They would like our club to set up a radio at this  camp and give the Scouts a demo of ham radio.

The bike races in September are going to be on again this year but no date set.

Harvey VE7 WAQ invites anyone that is down Huma California way to use 146.800. This is the frequency the Snow Birds  use. 

The picnic will be in August at the Regional Park on the second level as it has power.
