MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

CORRESPONDENCE:

- A request for monies from CNIB was received.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

VE7CRJ - The East-West link hang time has been fixed

- The Golden repeater has been changed out and is operational

- The Invermere PEP exercise was a success

- The Creston link is temporarily down

NEW BUSINESS:

- The EKARC has a new website address http://www.ekarc.ca at an annual cost of $12.00.

- Guides on the air is scheduled for Feb 21^st at the Community Living Centre.

- Discussion re the Children’s Festival took place. VE7LOC to look into arrangements.

- VE6LH will send a list of ham items for sale.

- VENEK and VE7LOC will look into arrangements for the annual club banquet.

MOTION: -That the EKARC purchase additional computer memory for

the club laptop
