MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as presented

CORRESPONDENCE:

-          A letter of thanks from CNIB was received.

-          A non-profit society survey was received

 

OLD BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

 

VE7CRJ          -    The EOC computer needs replacement. VE7RWD will look into replacement costs.

-          Baker Mountain repeater is OK for the winter.

NEW BUSINESS:

 

VE7CRJ -  Club Tube Bank: in preparation for disposal, the following actions were agreed upon: 

1. A social workshop will take place, as weather permits, to sort and label tubes

                        2. Tubes will first be offered to club members

                        3. Remaining tubes will be offered for sale and/or recycled

 

 - Club Equipment: in preparation for sale and/or storage the following actions were agreed upon:

1. VE7CRJ will prepare a list of club equipment sorted as to items for disposal and/or storage.

2.  The January Meeting will consider equipment options.
