MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

- Notice of invoice for annual society fee received.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

- VE7CWM continues to look for Field Day participants: (June 25/26, 2005)

- The battery discharge analyzer has arrived: VE7SKT will give a demonstration at our next meeting.

- A PEP meeting on emergency preparedness will take place May 12, 2005
