MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as printed and circulated

- No Correspondence.
BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:
VE7NEK - RAC group multi-peril insurance has been purchased ($470.00).
- The banquet was a success with 37 attendees. Some discontent with the service was expressed.
VE7CRJ - Work still continues on the cell phone replacement interconnect.
- We continue to await Shaw Cable’s reply re: our use of their Radium site. A Ministry of Forests weather station site is available as an alternative site.
- The remaining bingo fund of $1600 is yet to be allocated.
- Members wanting power supplies and/or VHF power amps to contact VE7CRJ
- Some repeaters and MCX100 radios are being made available to the EKARC.
VE7SKT - Has researched Amateur radio emergency preparedness courses and will be
- providing an opportunity for club members to participate in a series of educational
- evening programs. The first will be held at VE7CRJ’s residence: date to be announced. VE7CRJ to acquire a project number for the program.
VE7NEK - Field Day to be held June 26/27 at VE7CRJ’s location.
