Most metal arrives Metal arrives

chop saw

1 1/2 weeks later the material arrives without some 60*60 box section !!!

And its off to work we go

This lot of steel including the axle cost 150 euro, the stubs, tyres & stainless steel rods another 75

The main frame uses 60*40 mild steel box section and Tony decided to mitre the angles at 45 degrees on the chop saw

Before galvanizing the unit, holes will have to be drilled in the frame as it is sealed, otherwise it would distort when being dipped

The frame size is 64" wide * 60" long allowing 2" freedom in from each wheel in the width
