The BELARUS-1944 award grants by AGB (Activity Group of Belarus).
QSO/SWL valid in periods of May 1st - 10st, and July 1st - 10st every year.
It is necessary to collect the number of points that it is distinction the current year and 1944 (in 1998 - 54 points, in 1999 - 55 points�, etc).
In 1999 (55 years jubileum of liberation) , the period for valid contacts is prolonged - from May 1st to July 31st.
Your aplication (or GCR-list - General Certification Rule) should be signed by two HAMs.
QSO/SWL with EV.. prefixes give 10 points, EU.. and EW.. prefixes - 3 points. Contacts with veterans of liberation from the countries of C.I.S. (ex USSR - Russia, Ukraine and other) give also 10 points.
For other continent points are multiplied by 3.
You can make award on one band, in this case multiply your score by 2.
Duplicate contacts are allowed on different bands.
