Add-base for "LuxLOG"

For loading additional base in the program LuxLOG, it is necessary to you her to import from archival files Add-base. The names of files in archives have the following format. XXX-def.txt - file of the description of the diploma (Definition). XXX-lst.txt - file of the list under the diploma (List Type). XXX.txt - file of the list under the diploma (Non-List Type). The files are prepared for LuxLOG v.3.07. The description of some diplomas absent in the program are together with the list in one archival file.
