F. Universal Coordinated Time (UTC)

Amateurs around the world use the UTC in their logs to have synchronized records of contacts.

UTC in the Philippines:

Philippine Standard Time (Local) in military format minus eight hours. e.g.

1:00 p.m. PST to UTC > (1300H) - (0800H) = 0500H

8:00 a.m. PST to UTC > (0800H) - (0800H) = 000H

5:00 a.m. PST to UTC > (0500H) - (0800H) = 2100H (the previous day)

UTC is also known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and Zulu time (Z).
