The master list of examinees shall be forwarded to the Radio Operators Examination Committee (ROEC) at least two (2) weeks prior to exam date. In the interest of the service, ROEC may conduct special radio operator's examination upon request, subject to the approval of the commissioner. Special radio operators examination must have at least fifty (50) examinees/applicants. The Administrative and Finance Department shall provide the necessary funding requirements in conformity with the usual accounting and auditing regulations of the Commission. This Circular shall take effect upon approval and supersedes or amend any circular inconsistent herewith. February 06, 2006, Quezon City, Philippines
