DL7AFS, Babs and DJ7ZG, Lot starts again another dxpedition! We will be QRV from Oct 6^th till Oct 18^thon IOTA NA-146 10-80m - mainly in RTTY, PSK and SSB - QSL via DL7AFS Look on the usual DX-frequencies ++++ We will look specially for JA-stations (via Northpole) ++++

First good contacts with JA via the northpole has been done 05 October 2010: : We have dismantled the antennas, put onto ground now for the secound time and do expect closed to the island a cyclone - We hope to be on time for operation LOW PRESSURE AREA CENTERED JUST NORTH OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CONTINUES TO BECOME BETTER DEFINED. ALTHOUGH THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS CHANGED LITTLE DURING THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS...THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS UPPER-LEVEL WINDS GRADUALLY BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT. THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE...60 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS AS IT MOVES NORTHWESTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH. REGARDLESS OF DEVELOPMENT...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS ARE POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO OVER THE LEEWARD ISLANDS...THE VIRGIN ISLANDS...PUERTO RICO...AND HISPANIOLA. TO7ZG is on the air! After midnight at 6th Oct the strorm reduce its power. Just we went on air with 2 TRX +PA , working Eu and NA split on 7041 RTTY & 7120 SSB plus 3775 SSB.
