Alex, DL5ARZ built up these database in a work of many years. The last entries are from the year 2000.
QSLBxxxx.ZIP is the database component of the QSL manager program with more than 65.000 records. The xxxx in the file name are holders for month and year of the last update. QSLB1097.ZIP means last updated in October 97. Extract the ZIP file and you will get BACKUP.001, CTRL.DAT, BACKUP.TXT . Now copy this files to a disk and start the QSL manager program. Put the disk into your a:  drive and activate "RESTORE" in the menu and restore so the QSL manager database.

QSLB1097.ZIP ist die Datenbank mit Stand Oktober 97. Nach dem Entpacken des ZIP-Archivs werden die Dateien BACKUP.001, CTRL.DAT, BACKUP.TXT zugänglich. Die Dateien sind nun auf Diskette zu kopieren und im Menu "RESTORE" des Programmes einzulesen.
