Foreword
The basic idea I had to develop a software for the FT-847 transceiver was, because there was no other software available, which fit my needs. Of course there was a software, but not available to buy or to use a demo-version of it. So i decided to create my own software step by step, and allow interested users to spy on every stage of the program and download it so far. FT847-SuperControl� is a production solely coded in my spare time. Due to that fact, it is understandable, that the developing time took nearly two years.

FT847-SuperControl� covers the following tremendous features:

Full duplex crossband repeater with semi repeater-offset
Every amateur radio band has an own memory bank
All amateur radio bands are visible at the same
time.
A new channel can be saved easy with two mouseclicks
automatically to the correct memory bank

be received by the software automatically so a normal tuning on the transceiver
will be detected.
Calculated target frequency�s on two additional
VFO-display�s for use with transverter-devices. The software is capable
to administrate up to four transverter-devices (for each antenna-jack).
DDE-interface (Dynamic Data Exchange) to satellite-tracking
programs (NOVA�, SatScape�, etc.) for Doppler-correction in satellite
mode. The Doppler-corrected frequency will be send to the transceiver,
so no manual tuning is needed anymore, when working satellites.
Priority channel monitoring (up to eight channels)
Visual band scope with different scan-steps for
a large visual sight
Voice machine for predefined wave-files (for contesting
?)
Automatic 10 minute station id using predefined
wave-files
Easycomm rotator interface support
ARS rotator interface support
Remote control the transceiver via TCP/IP networks
