Installing problems I

Several OM's have reportet, that they had problems after the "installation" of the program. Some weird error messages appeared and the program was not able to start.

The reason for error messages like

"CANNOT FIND PROVIDER IT MAY NOT BE INSTALLED PROPERLY"

"ADO-Error"

"xxxx.DLL not registered or not found"

"xxxx.OCX not registered or not found"

could be, that you don't have installed the full installation package !

If you are using only the small update file without installing all the needed libraries first, the start of the program will result in error messages of course.

SuperControl programs are written in MS Visual Basic language, therefore we need runtime modules and libraries if we want to start the programs. In this case please download and install the full installation package (37MB) first.
